These terms and conditions form part of TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Sydney registration agreement with you and applies to seminars and events you have registered with, and plan to attend.
If you are registering for a SEMINAR or EVENT please ensure that you have read, and agree to, the following Terms & Conditions.
In these terms and conditions, all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Sydney.

We understand that from time-to-time things come up that might prevent you from attending a seminar for which you have registered.

Full price for Dentists and Medical Doctors ($1800 incl GST), Allied Health Practitioners ($950 incl GST) after 30 Nov 2023. * Allied Health Practitioners (Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Naturopaths, TCM practitioners, Speech Pathologists, Midwives, OroFacial Myologists, Dental Assistants, Oral Health Therapists and Hygienists)
